The princess of the Feywilds invited members of all Amtguardia to join her for a very special Tea party deep within her lands. All seemed well until during her speech she collapsed infront of the entire room and was kidnapped while onlookers were in a frozen state unable to assist.
Before her abduction she spoke to some about her worries in the land.
The power of the wilds was fading and much of the plant life was withering away and dying, there were also strange Obelisk structures appearing at random though out the wilds. She had planned to ask the travelers for help in understanding what was occurring but others had different plans for the princess.
The visiting Adventurers worked tirelessly to try to locate and rescue her while also completing challenges and tasks from her cousins. It was revealed that it all was part of a ploy by the Demon Prince Asmodeus to conquer the Fey Realm. The adventurers managed to destroy the villain's physical form and stop his plans but not before the Fey princess was sacrificed by one of his cultists to manifest the evil do-er.
In the end the villain's were halted but the Feywilds were left without a ruler and the lands were deeply scarred.
The throne of the Feywilds sat empty! With the princess slain a new leader had to be chosen to protect the lands from evil.
The three closest cousins of Mary D. Gold fought tirelessly for the crown of the Feywilds and used your parties help to earn enough power and prestige to try to claim the position as their own.
Jackie D. Lope, of the Riverlands in the Spring court were are timid by nature but had much wisdom of trade routes and relations with the residents of the Feywilds. Unfortunately she met her demised.
Cecilia D. Later of the Plainlands in the Winter court, was a tricky Fey that enjoyed good trivia and was very tactical both on and off the battlefield. These tactis did not assist them against the real foe resulting in their mysterious disappearance.
Farm D. Land from the agriculture center in the Summer court was less concerned with this election and more concerned with the strange crops over taking their farmland since the death of the princess. They feared if the plague wasn't quelled there would not be a future of the wilds. Unfortunatly they drank some bad tea and ended up in the ground they loved so dearly.
Finally there was a 4th ominous cousin, from the Autumn court, Mister D. Leader. This distant relative was unknown but claimed to have much ruling experience and power back home. This "experience" turned out to be the murdering of their familial competition and manipulation of others to do perform dirty work. Mister almost got a way with it too, taking out thier foes one by one. If it wasn't for a strange plant monster that dragged this evil fey into the woods to be consumed, who knows what further destruction the wilds would have witnessed. If only they had heeded the warnings of the other courts intead of focus on their own selfish desires!
The not leaderless fey and adventurers did not know what to do.... in mass hysteria a small dog known as "Sonny" was elected as dictator. Under the supervision of Sonney the Magnificent the fey wilds has fallen further into disrepair, and has lost a significant portion of the royal treasury to dog treats.
The plant monster still roams...
As with years past, Omens Yet began in familiar fashion. Adventurers arrived, raised their camps, and gathered for a welcoming minor court. Announcements were shared, reflections on the previous year were made, and the air carried the promise of another weekend of celebration and adventure.
Yet beyond the settlement’s edge stood a portal to the Feywilds — and beside it, a fragile town formed by those who dared remain near its magic. The remaining residents called upon the gathered adventurers for aid. Magical runestones, scattered through the forest, were needed to help stabilize and restore the land.
When night fell and the first quest began, the truth revealed itself. The wilds were corrupted. Twisted plant aberrations stalked the forest, unnatural and invasive. What began as a mission of restoration became a fight for survival, and the weekend unfolded into a battle to uncover the source of the spreading blight.
When at last the corrupted Queen fell and her hold was broken, the forest did not roar in triumph — it breathed. The twisted creatures withered, the oppressive weight lifted, and the waterways slowly began to clear. Though scars remained and vigilance would be required, the heart of the corruption had been severed.
The settlement near the portal stood stronger for it, rebuilt with renewed hope. But one truth lingered like a whisper through the trees:
The plant creatures were never native to the Feywild.
And something, somewhere, planted the seed.
The feywild has been a lawless place since the decimation of its royal line. The remnants of the standing three courts: Summer, Fall, and Winter, have chosen a candidate to sit on the throne, but no one court has been successful in supplanting the others’ claim to rule.
Amidst the quarreling, the plant monsters that rove the lands have also put in their bid to rule the lands by using the last of their corrupt magics to resurrect the Queen of the Feywild. The reappearance of the Queen Meri D. Gold has thrown the courts into disarray: she died, everyone watched her be killed, and yet she with the blood claim to the throne now lives again to invite adventurers and fey alike to her grand tournament and masquerade.
The courts know something is fishy, causing tentative alliances to be formed in opposition to this strange threat. The courts decide to seed a rebellion and assassination in the midst of her grand festivities. But once she is dealt with… who is to take the throne?
That is for you, adventurer, to shape and decide in this final chapter.
