Note: Anyone aged 13 and under are unable participate in quests and combat. They can accompany their parent or guardian for the sake of supervision. If the child is found without supervision, one warning will be given. If found again, the responsible adult and their attendees will be asked to leave the site without refund.
Anyone aged 14-18 require a parent or guardian on site, but can participate individually in events.

Omens 2026: Season’s Change prohibits the consumption of alcohol outside designated areas and times across the duration of the event. Alcohol must be checked in at the Boar's Head tavern to be stored in the fridge. Brandy will be responsible for the distribution of alcohol to the appropriate guests. Alcohol may not be consumed during Renaissance Faire hours or on the Renaissance Faire grounds from 9 am to 5pm with the addition of Saturday's Court event, which extends the hours of non-consumption until the Court ceremony is concluded. Volunteers and staff will check the tickets and bags of those attending the Saturday Masquerade event, to ensure no outside liquids are brought into the event.
Alcohol brought to the event by Questing Pass holders must be relinquished at the gates to be stored by the tavern staff, to ensure it is consumed within the appropriate times. Any and all confiscated or relinquished property will be returned at the conclusion of the event or departure of the owner. Alcoholic beverages not declared upon entry to the grounds may be confiscated by any of the staff and volunteers. Physical records will be kept, in order to ensure the distribution within designated hours to the appropriate guest, as well as the return of alcoholic beverages to their correct owner.
Omens 2026: Season’s Change is not liable for the theft or disappearance of property including and not limited to the theft or disappearance of alcoholic beverages within the charge of staff or volunteers.
Omens 2026: Seasons Change is not liable for any injury or illness related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Questers may be denied access to their alcoholic beverages at the discretion of the staff for any reason.
Guests and holders of the questing pass may be escorted off of the event grounds in the event of consumption outside the hours of 5pm to 9am. In case of excessive drunkenness determined at the discretion of staff or volunteers, any person may be escorted off the premises, they may additionally be encouraged or escorted to seek medical attention at a hospital, walk-in clinic or urgent care facility.
For the safety and comfort of all players, volunteers facilitating Amtgard-related activities such as battlegames reserve the right to prohibit players based on alcohol consumption outside of the Renaissance Faire hours.
The purpose of this policy is to restrict the consumption of alcohol within the hours of the event and ensure that alcohol consumption does not interfere with the event or the enjoyment of the Renaissance Faire or questing events
